From him, from Haroun Bin Muslim, from Mas’ada Bin Sadaqa, (It has been narrated) from Ja’far , from his father having said: ‘My father was saying: ‘If the owner of the net has cast it and therein is alive and dead so it is Permissible except for what does not have scales, and do not eat the floating ones (dead in the water) from the fish’.
